Birthday patries for homeless kids

(myfoxboston) - In the season of giving, isn't now the perfect time to teach your children to give back?

Lisa Vasiloff wanted to teach her own children how important volunteering was, but she couldn't find the right fit.

At the same time, she heard of some homeless children that go without birthday parties. Sometimes the children don't even know it's their birthday either because of a family’s financial situation or other circumstances.

Vasiloff decided to do something about it, while at the same time teaching a valuable lesson about giving back.
