(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - The days of being able to talk on a cell phone while driving you car could be coming to an end. While using a hands-free device would be OK, holding the phone to your ear would be banned. State Rep. William Straus from Mattapoisett, co-chair of the Transportation Committee, which held a hearing on the matter Tuesday on Beacon Hill, recently joined the FOX 25 Morning News.
