Dealing with a hoarder

FOX25, myfoxboston - The new year may mean a super sweeping cleanup in many people’s homes. But for some people, a widespread purging of their homes is not possible..but desperately needed.

These people are known as hoarders and their houses are more than messy, they are the result of an illness that can be difficult to understand and even more difficult to treat.
