FOX25, myfoxboston - Heading off to college is an exciting time, but it can be an expensive time.
In a recent study this year by Sallie Mae, 84 percent of college undergraduates have credit cards, and by graduation, seniors in the study averaged just over $4,000 in credit card debt.
Big trouble is out there if students aren't careful.
Bruce Spitzer, director of communications at Massachusetts Bankers Association, recently joined the FOX25 Morning News to go over some great money management tips.
