Keeping kids warm: Project Linus

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - We all remember Charlie Brown's friend, Linus, who never went anywhere without his favorite blanket that gave him comfort.

Well, there's a local charity here that is aimed at giving children that same comfort in their times of need.

The group is rightfully named Project Linus. Lucy Maiullari from the Greater Boston Chapter of Lucy Maiullari and Nancy Kearns from Project Linus, stopped by the FOX25 Morning News with more.
