(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - It’s a big day in court for the city of Boston, and the local Occupy movement. The city wants to reserve the right to remove the Occupiers if necessary, while the Occupy Boston protesters say their encampment is protected by the First Amendment.

Richard Cole, Vice Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Individual Rights and Responsibility Section, joined FOX 25 Morning News to explain the legal aspect in all of this.
