It's one of the most disturbing stories we've heard in ages.
A 58-year-old man is arrested after police say he kidnapped an 11-year old girl in 1991, held her captive, using her as a sex slave and fathered two children with her.
What's more, he kept the girl, now 29, in a back yard tent more fit for rodents than humans.
How did this guy get away with this for so long and what chances does the victim have of returning to some semblance of a normal life.
