Police responded to the K-Mart on South Broadway Street for a report that a shoplifter was walking around with a large knife and two suitcases, which he was filling with various electronic devices including MP3 players, DVDs and CDs.
McCudden then allegedly went into the bathroom, unpackaged between 25 and 30 CDs, tied them together with string and put them in the front of his pants and was able to walk out of the store with them.
