Ex-New Hampshire court employee arrested

A former Derry, New Hampshire, district court employee is under arrest.

Paul Benoit, of Pelham, has been charged with five counts of sexual assault and six counts of simple assault.

A woman claims Benoit led her to a conference room last month, where he allegedly touched her inappropriately.

The 55-year-old was working as a bailiff at the time and later resigned prior to the investigation.

Benoit was released on $5,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned next month.
