NASHUA, N.H. - Police arrested a man early this morning after an alarm was triggered at Rice's Pharmacy in Nashua. Upon arriving on the scene, police noticed that the pharmacy had been burglarized and several items stolen.
John W. Labossiere, 38, of Nashua, was located a short distance away with the stolen items on his person. He was charged with possession of a narcotic drug (Oxycodone), and three counts of burglary, a class B felony.
After a subsequent investigation, police deduced that Labossiere was responsible for two prior unsolved robberies at the same pharmacy.
Labossiere is being held on $20,000 bail.
