On November 11th at approximately 8:00pm the Concord Police responded to a wooded area behind the Everett Arena, 15 Loudon Road, after receiving a complaint that a man had been beaten and thrown into the river. Officers arriving on the scene located a 19 year old Concord man unconscious in the river suffering from numerous injuries. With the assistance of the Concord Fire Department the man was removed from the river and transported to the Concord Hospital. The victim remains hospitalized.

It's alleged that the suspects conspired to rob and murder the victim. They planned to dispose of the victim by throwing him into the river.

Croswell and Locke were arrested at an apartment located at 154 North Main Street. During the arrest they both resisted. Another individual at the scene, Robert Brown, age 39, of Concord was also charged with resisting arrest. Potter was arrested at Wendy's on Loudon Road without incident.
