MALDEN (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Two men were arrested in connection with a robbery at Century Bank in Malden.

Kenneth Greenleaf, age 25, of Cambridge, and Tyler Tolis, age 21, of Charlestown, were taken into custody.

Malden PD responded to a report of a bank robbery at Century Bank at 140 Ferry St at about 2: 23 p.m. Police say the suspects fled on foot.

Detective Montina, working on an unrelated homicide case with State Police detectives, observed a vehicle drive by him with two individuals fitting the description. Both attempted to conceal their faces.A subsequent stop of the motor vehicle and show-up ID revealed two suspects from the robbery.

Police say evidence from an earlier Somerville robbery was also recovered. No one was injured during the arrest and no children were close to the vehicle stop conducted near a school as it was still in session.
