A valley couple, accused of taking sexually explicit photos of their own children during bath-time, are now suing the state and retail giant Wal-Mart.
Employees at Wal-Mart called police when the Peoria couple tried to have those photos developed.
The pictures were taken on a family trip, and shows the couple's three girls, partially nude and taking a bath.
Police meanwhile, took the kids away from the couple for a few days and they weren't able to regain full custody of their children for a month.
The couple was never charged, but now they are suing Wal-Mart and the State of Arizona, saying the incident inflicted lasting harm.
A lawyer for the couple says the photos were not sexual.
