ROCHESTER, N.H. - Police have made another arrest in connection with a shooting at a Wal-Mart store in Rochester, N.H.
Police say two groups got into a confrontation in the store around 10 p.m. Tuesday, two weapons were pulled and one shot fired.
A 17-year-old was wounded in the abdomen. Police say he left the store in a car. Officers stopped it and got the teen to the hospital in an ambulance.
Police arrested Levi Downs, 17, of Farmington, N.H., and charged him with reckless conduct on Saturday.
The Union Leader reported Downs was the one who suffered the gunshot wound, and that it was self-inflicted.
He is being held on $100,000 cash bail, and will be arraigned on Monday.
Police had already arrested Steve Miller, 18, of East Rochester, N.H., and said he was carrying the other weapon. He was also charged with reckless conduct and falsifying evidence.
