SOMERVILLE, Mass. - Three suspects are under arrest after a mid-afternoon bank robbery in Somerville.
It happened at the East Cambridge Savings Bank on Highland Avenue yesterday around 3:30 p.m.
Two of the alleged robbers -- wearing masks and carrying guns -- fled with an undisclosed amount of cash in a car driven by the third suspect.
A short time later, a pair of Boston cops on a detail in Charlestown spotted the getaway car and stopped it, leading to the arrest of the three suspects.
