YARMOUTH, Mass. - A 44-year-old Hyannis man was arrested early Friday morning for his fourth OUI offense, Yarmouth police said.

Joseph Juan Montanez was taken into custody at 1:04 a.m. after police say he was traveling erratically westbound on Route 28 in Yarmouth, swerving in and out of lanes.

Police say Montanez failed five field sobriety tests.

Montanez has been charged with OUI, Failure to Stay Within Marked Lanes, Operating a Motor Vehicle to Endanger, and Operating with a Revoked License for being a Habitual Traffic Offender.

He is scheduled to be arraigned today in Barnstable District Court.
