HYDE PARK (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Boston Police have three people in custody in connection with the slaying of a pizza delivery man in Hyde Park.
Twenty-year-old Michel Andre St. Jean, 18-year-old Alexander Emmanuel Gallett and 17-year-old Yamiley Mathurin, all of Boston, face charges including murder in the stabbing death of 58-year-old Richel Nova of Boston.
Nova was lured to an abandoned building on Hyde Park Avenue just after midnight Wednesday night and was then stabbed to death as he was delivering a pizza.
The suspects stabbed Nova and then stole his car which police recovered the following day behind a church in Hyde park. Police say it contained a significant amount of evidence.
Nova was an immigrant from the Dominican Republic who lived by himself and worked several jobs.
On Saturday, Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis said that the three suspects had shown Nova no mercy and the justice system should have no mercy on them.
