A Hollis man is being held on $100,000 bail on charges he helped dispose of evidence from the killing of a Mont Vernon, N.H., woman last month and an attack on her daughter.
As he walked into a Nashua courtroom today, 20-year-old Autumn Savoy, appeared to mouth "get me out" to those in the room who came to see him.
Savoy is being held on three charges in connection with the murder of Kimberly Cates. Today prosecutors handed down the charge of conspiracy.
According to the complaint it's alleged Savoy "did conceal, destroy, or alter physical evidence that might aid in the discovery, apprehension, or conviction of Steven Spader and/or Christopher Gribble by disposing of said evidence in the Nashua River."
Other court documents have been sealed.
The other two charges against Savoy include counts of hindering apprehension or prosecution.
"He's not alleged to be at the house that was broken into and where the murder occurred," prosecutor Peter Hinckley said. "But they are serious crimes, they're class B felonies, each one of them."
Police say Savoy told police investigating the attack that killed Cates and injured her daughter, Jaime, that two suspects spent the night with him. Four men have been charged in the Cates case.
Savoy is due back in court in December for a probable cause hearing.
