Brides say they never received wedding photos

Dozens of brides say they’ve been ripped off by a photography company that failed to deliver on their wedding photos.

The brides tell FOX25 they’ve been waiting forever for their photos from Forever in Time photography.

Shannon Follis said she has been waiting for eight months for her photos from the Salem, N.H., business.

“It’s totally frustrating. I don't even have anything to hang on the wall. We don't have anything for the holidays,” Follis said.

The Follis couple paid the company nearly $3,000 up front and all they have to show for it is the DVD video produced by the company’s photographer, Mike Perotta.

“We had a few family members taking pictures from behind him. He kind of shoed them away because he wanted us to get the photos through him. So we have a few from family friends, but overall we don't have many,” Follis said.

The Peabody couple says they haven’t been able to contact Perotta.

“We call him pretty much every night just to see if he'll answer the phone,” Daniel Follis said.

FOX25 stopped by the Forever in Time studio on Saturday, but there was no one at the office. There were boxes inside the studio and a real estate sign outside.

Shannon and Daniel aren’t the only couple who hasn’t received their wedding photos from the company. Dozens of other brides had similar complaints.

“The money isn't even the issue. We have these memories we can't get to, and we can't do it again,” said Janelle Berry, of Manchester, N.H.

Berry was married in 2008 and she says all she got was the DVD as well.

The brides have contacted the Better Business Bureau, attorney’s general and small claims court.

They’re hoping to have an answer regarding their photos soon.
