FOX25 Morning News to add 90 minutes of local news coverage

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - To help bring you more local news coverage, the FOX25 Morning News team will be adding an additional 90 minutes of local news coverage.

It was announced today that, starting Sept. 20, the FOX25 Morning News will expand to a 5 ½ hour morning newscast Monday through Friday from 4:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

With the expansion of morning news, FOX25 will produce 40 hours of local news per week, more than any other local station.

Your favorite co-hosts Gene Lavanchy and Kim Carrigan, meteorologist Cindy Fitzgibbon and news commentator Doug V.B. Goudie will be Boston’s only morning newscast providing you with 5.5 hours of local news, weather and traffic.
