NANTUCKET (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - When most people were getting off Nantucket in anticipation of Hurricane Earl, many homeowners were staying put, including Mark Adams.

He built his summer home nearly five years ago near Matakasham Beach and he, like many locals, is going ride out the storm.

FOX25’s Frank Mallicoat talked to Mark on Thursday as Nantucket braced for Earl.
