FOX25, myfoxboston - A judge will decide today if jailhouse recordings between a teenager and his parents will be played at his murder trial.
John Odgren is accused of stabbing his 15-year-old classmate, James Alenson, inside the bathroom at Lincoln-Sudbury High School back in 2007.
The defense claims Odgren was insane at the time. They want the tapes thrown out.
Prosecutors say the recordings prove that's not the case.
Odgren reportedly has Asperger's syndrome, a form of autism.
