BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A man from Texas has logged more than 2,000 miles walking to Boston for a cause: dogs.
Luke Robinson wants to spread the message that dogs get cancer like people do. He knows all too well – his dog Malcolm died in 2006 of bone cancer and since then, Luke has been walking through more than a dozen states to raise awareness about canine cancer.
The final mile of his journey ended Saturday in Boston.
Since the walk started Luke has been staying with families along the way or in tents and a dog-food company of out California supported his dogs along the way, to which Luke says he's grateful.
