New details emerge in veterinarian's death

There is new information about the death of a North Shore veterinarian.

A family attorney claims witnesses saw Dr. Joan Baruffaldi arguing with her husband in the hours leading up to her death. Her husband claims she hung herself inside a Virgin Islands hotel.

A medical examiner ruled her death a suicide, but her family wants a second autopsy performed.

A hearing on the matter will take place today.

In the meantime, a restraining order prevents Robert Harris from burying his wife's remains.
