Two Massachusetts men who appeared in a rap video in which police were allegedly threatened are due in court.

Jason Foley of Fairhaven and Matthew Ruffino of New Bedford pleaded not guilty last week to two counts each of threatening to commit a crime, threatening to use a firearm and witness intimidation.

Authorities say the four-minute video posted on the Internet was peppered with images of guns and the sound of gunfire. They also say it referred to a state trooper and a probation officer by name and threatened violence against police.

The 28-year-old Foley and the 24-year-old Ruffino are due in New Bedford District Court Monday for a dangerousness hearing.
