ROXBURY (FOX25, myfoxboston) - Police have found a 2-year-old Roxbury boy who was missing since yesterday morning, and his uncle will be charged with kidnapping, police said.
Troy Robinson was babysitting his nephew, Anthony Abrams, and he was supposed to bring Anthony back to his mother at a Seaver Street apartment, but he never returned.
The 29-year-old Robinson called the family twice to say he was running late.
Robinson and the child were both found by police at 700 Washington St. in Dorchester Wednesday afternoon. Residents called police after seeing an alert on television.
Anthony was taken to the hospital for a quick evaluation, while Robinson was taken into police custody awaiting charges.
