BOSTON (FOX25, myfoxboston) - It’s about to become more difficult for Massachusetts drivers to fight their insurance company if they have a car accident and get a surcharge. Governor Patrick’s administration is getting rid of the board that can overrule insurance companies, and decide if a car accident is really not your fault. As Investigative reporter Mike Beaudet reveals, there are now accusations the governor’s administration is turning its back on Massachusetts consumers.
