BOSTON (FOX25, myfoxboston) - The new sign for the General Hooker entrance at the State House cost nearly $15,000.  It's the third sign marking the only public entrance to the State House that's been put up since 2006.

The signs are part of a larger project called "way-finding", designed to help people find their way around the State House.  The 10-year-long project began in 2006 and has cost more than $400,000 so far.

Is this wasteful government spending?  Watch Mike Beaudet's report then comment on his blog .
