Hingham wins Super 8 championship

BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - The Hingham Harbormen won their first ever Division 1 title behind solid goalkeeping from Derek McInnis.

McInnis shut out Catholic Memorial 1-0 in Sunday night's Super 8 title game. He made 19 stops to lead his team to the title.

The game's lone goal was scored by Hingham forward Tim Driscoll on the power play.

Hingham is one of two public schools to win the Super 8 title.
