UNSOLVED - Boston police are re-opening a 13-year-old case of a father of two who was gunned down just a block away from his Dorchester home. Police want to know if the murder of 39-year-old Melvin B. Franklin was a robbery gone wrong, or something else. FOX25's Bob Ward reports.

The unsolved murder six years ago may now be solved, as a retired corrections officer was arrested and charged with the murder of the 26-year-old Kingston man.
