Kelly has over a decade of market research, marketing and corporate communications experience across high tech, software, and nonprofit industries. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and her law degree from Nottingham Law School in England. Kelly started Quinn Consulting this past year and serves clients across the country with their start-up business, market research and project management activities.

Frank Boyce

Frank Boyce is a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from the Air Force Academy in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science and Business Management. After graduation he was stationed in Turkey as a contracting officer for two years. Currently, he is stationed northwest of Boston at Hanscom Air Force Base where he is part of a contracting team overseeing a multi-billion dollar aircraft system.
