Police arrest charity president for shoplifting

The subject of a Fox Undercover investigation who was indicted by a grand jury earlier this year is now in trouble again.

Police in Plymouth say they've arrested Gina Clark, the former president of Cape Cod charity Touched by Angels, for shoplifting.

Clark is accused of stealing clothes from a Kohl's department store in Plymouth last week, but her attorney says it's all a big misunderstanding that started when Clark forgot about some clothing she put underneath her shopping cart.

Clark has already been indicted on more serious charges that she kept money her charity raised for families in need.
