Bulger victims fight to keep millions

The families of three of Whitey Bulger's alleged victims will appear in federal court Thursday to fight for millions of dollars that's already been awarded to them.

The Boston Herald is reporting that lawyers representing the estates of Debra Davis, Deborah Hussey and Louis Litif are trying to keep the Justice Department from hanging on to that money.

This is the same appeals court that overturned the $6.4 million awarded to the family of Michael Donahue, another alleged Whitey victim.

The judges ruled the Donahues were too late in filing their suit.
