Workers accuse state officials of ignoring illegal acts at spas

New details are surfacing about state officials who allegedly ignored sexual activities in three local spas.

A former worker says spa employees complained to Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz's office about state troopers visiting aria day spa in Brockton for illegal services, but says the Cruz’s office wasn't interested in hearing their complaints.

Last week, we reported that state trooper David Lemar is on unpaid leave as part of an investigation into the alleged cover-up.

Trooper Lemar admits he was a customer of Aria Spa in Brockton, but denies doing anything illegal.

The Plymouth County District Attorney's office is denying any wrongdoing.

They released this statement to FOX25, "In July of this year, investigators from this office were contacted by a potential witness, and pursuant to those ongoing investigations, a referral was immediately made to investigators at the AG's office as well as the FBI. No other potential witnesses have contacted this office."
