The founder of a Cape Cod charity accused of ripping off the families she was supposed to help will be in court Friday.
Gina Clark has been the subject of a long FOX Undercover investigation. The founder of Touched by Angels will answer to 32 charges including fraud and embezzlement in Barnstable Court.
The Attorney General's office says the 40-year-old Marstons Mills woman allegedly raised money on behalf of families hit by tragedy or illness, then kept tens of thousands of dollars for herself.
Clark previously denied any wrongdoing in an interview with Mike Beaudet and has plead not guilty.
