(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - The Franklin High School student who stood by and recorded an assault between two fellow students was held on $1,000 bail after a judge decided he was not an innocent bystander.

Jeremiah Ramirez, 18, pled not guilty to six charges, including aggravated assault and unlawful wire tapping.

Ramirez and the student allegedly captured on video throwing the punch have both been suspended from Franklin High School.

Ramirez has also been ordered to stay away from the victim, as well as the Internet.  He was ordered to return to the Wrentham District Court on May 23 for a pre-trial hearing.
