BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - The alleged MBTA spitter is set to face a judge Thursday.
Rafael Guzman is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court for an April incident on an MBTA bus.
In the surveillance video, police say you can see Guzman and another man board the bus and allegedly get into it with the driver about paying. As they are leaving, Guzman allegedly spits on the driver and motions to having a gun.
Guzman is facing several charges, including assault and battery on a public employee.
The other man in the video, Maurice Jones, was arrested just days after the incident.
