Suspect arrested for spitting on MBTA bus driver

BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A 21-year-old male was arrested on Wednesday in connection with an April 18 incident in which he allegedly spat on an MBTA bus operator.

Raphael Guzman is facing several charges, including assault and battery on a public employee, after he reportedly spat on an MBTA Route #28 bus driver following an argument over the cost of the fare.

An arrest warrant was issued for Guzman on May 3.
