GLOUCESTER (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) Members of the Gloucester community joined together on Friday night to show support for the family of missing toddler Caleigh Harrison.
Residents and family members held a vigil on Friday night. Family members hope the outpouring will keep Caleigh's memory alive.
Vigil attendees watched as lanterns floated into the sky. The idea for the lanterns is from Caleigh's favorite movie, "Tangled." In the movie, characters use the lanterns to guide a princess home.
The toddler went missing from Long Beach in Rockport three weeks ago while playing with an older sibling, her mother, and a family dog. Her mother went over the sea wall to get a ball and when she returned Caleigh was gone.
Caleigh's disappearance has made national headlines as investigators work to figure out what happened to the little girl.
