(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Federal prosecutors are working overtime to make sure a convicted killer who murdered three New England men is executed.
Prosecutors have filed papers to appeal a ruling that overturned Gary Lee Sampson's death sentence.
The decision was upheld after the court found that a juror lied about a family member's criminal history.
Sampson was ordered to be executed for a July 2001 murder spree.
