MANSFIELD (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - The Comcast Center in Mansfield is rolling out some new features, including discounted draft beers, new social media applications, and revamped bathrooms, in hopes of luring more concert-goers to the venue.
For many people, going to a concert is an expensive experience. Tickets alone can cost a bundle; however, the Comcast Center is looking to soften the blow by announcing a reduction in beer costs, new bathrooms, an upgraded VIP area, and the addition of price-conscious meal items, reports The Sun Chronicle.
Twelve-ounce domestic draft beers will now go for $4, and a value meal has returned to the menu which includes cheeseburger, hot dog or chicken tenders with fries and a soda, as well as a 32-ounce souvenir soda with a free refill.
The Comcast Center has also taken advantage of new
social applications, including a joint venture with Live Nation.
