BOSTON (AP) - Jury selection is set to begin in the trial of a reputed high-ranking member of the New England mob charged with breaking into a Boston home.
Mark Rossetti is set to go on trial Tuesday in Suffolk Superior Court along with co-defendant Yasmani Quezada of Medford. Each man is charged with breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony for allegedly breaking into a home in Boston's Hyde Park neighborhood in 2010.
Rossetti, of East Boston, still faces a separate trial on charges of drug trafficking, extortion, robbery and assault.
Rossetti was among 31 people arrested in 2010 after a yearlong investigation into organized crime and drug trafficking. Prosecutors said Rossetti was a capo in the New England mob.
