'Canadian Psycho' Magnotta will not challenge extradition

Posted: Updated:

BERLIN (NEWSCORE) - "Canadian Psycho" Luka Rocco Magnotta will not challenge his extradition from Germany, following his arrest in Berlin, German prosecutors said Tuesday.

"He has been before the judge, who has confirmed the arrest," a spokesman for the Berlin public prosecutor's office told AFP. "He said he would not fight the extradition."

The 29-year-old porn actor and stripper is suspected of murdering his gay Chinese lover and chopping his body into pieces. He mailed body parts to Canadian politicians, then fled to Europe, prompting a global manhunt.

He was cornered in a Berlin internet cafe Monday while allegedly reading news stories about himself and surrendered without resistance, saying, "You got me."
