
(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Two movie stars are set to battle it out in a Louisiana courtroom.
Jury selections began Monday in the lawsuit between actors Stephen Baldwin and Kevin Costner.
Baldwin is suing Costner over investments each of them made in a device that BP used to help clean up after that massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
The lawsuit alleges Costner and a business partner tricked Baldwin and a friend out of their share of an $18 million deal. Costner is counter-suing for damages.
In other news, a formal ending today to Queen Elizabeth's diamond jubilee celebrations, as the British Monarch attends a service at London's Saint Paul's Cathedral.
The queen arrived to the Mass solo, her 91-year-old husband, Prince Philip, remains hospitalized with a bladder infection.
The Queen sat inside the Cathedral with the rest of the royal family, including Prince Charles, Princes William and Harry and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge.
A carriage procession will then take the royals back to Buckingham Palace.
The diamond jubilee celebrations mark her 60 years on the throne.
Things wrap up Tuesday night with a rare address to the nation.
