BOSTON -
A federal jury found high profile defense attorney Bob George guilty of helping a former client launder $200,000 in drug money for a $20,000 cut.
George was found guilty on all counts on Friday.
George's former client, Ronald Dardinski, was working as a paid informant for the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Evidence against George included dozens of secretly recorded conversations. Defense lawyers maintained throughout the trial that Dardinski is a liar who had it out for his former attorney.
Bob George faces up to 20 years in prison on each of the seven money laundering charges. He will be sentenced in September.
