SOMERVILLE (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) Residents in Somerville were left without power on Friday night following some fast-moving storms.

The storms were powerful enough to bring down a utility pole. That damage left several blocks on the Somerville and Cambridge line without power.

Crews worked through the night to remove several trees that had fallen on top of cars.

All of the damage stems from a nearly 10-minute storm that made its way through Boston and the South Shore.
