(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – TV personality Maria Menounos has revealed a startling secret to radio shock jock Howard Stern.
The Extra star appeared on Stern's program Monday, saying that she's been sexually abused in the past by doctors during physicals.
The Medford native said her phobia of doctors began when she visited a physician to treat a throat issue.
Menounos said the doctor had asked her to change into a hospital gown, and she felt paralyzed when he began to touch her inappropriately.
Menounos never pressed any charges and didn't say where the doctor's offices were located.
