BROCKTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - The Metro South Athletic Club located on Liberty Street in Brockton was forced to closed its doors on Monday; however, the gym allegedly forgot to mention the closure to its members and employees.
According to The Brockton Enterprise, when patrons and employees arrived at the gym on Monday they were greeted by a sign on the gym door that reported the gym's closure and apologized for any inconvenience.
Another sign posted on the door directed members to the Raynham Athletic Club which will honor all memberships for four months for free as long as they agree to join their gym when that time lapses.
Anytime Fitness is Easton also says they will honor Metro South Athletic Club members for one week, reports the paper.
