BOSTON (AP) — Transit
officials say a 40-year-old New Hampshire man has been found dead on
commuter rail tracks at North Station in Boston.
A spokesman for the Massachusetts
Bay Transportation Authority says the man's body was found at about 4
a.m. Sunday on Track 5, and his injuries were consistent with being
struck by a train. The man's name hasn't been released yet, but
officials say he lived in Salem, N.H.
It's not clear what happened, and police say they're not ruling out any possibilities as they investigate.
Commuter rail service was not affected.
