
NEWTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) Newton Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man accused of using a stolen credit card on three different occasions.
Investigators say the Discover card was among several items stolen during a break-in Wednesday on Newtonville Avenue.
The man, identified as a Hispanic male in his late 20's to early 30's, allegedly tried unsuccessfully to use the card at the Market Street Gulf Station in Brighton and the Finish Line store at the Cambridge Side Galleria. The card was successfully used at the Footlocker in the Cambridge Side Galleria shortly before it was attempted at the Finish Line store.
The suspect has scruffy, dark hair and was wearing a white t-shirt at the time of his attempted purchases.
